Hendrick and Henry coordinated a “Focus Group” to determine the case value by hiring potential jurors from the same county and presented a full “mock-up” of the trial. The result was information which led to a recovery that Plaintiff considered far above what he expected.

Also, before filing the lawsuit in this case, the Plaintiff offered to settle the claims for $265,000, but the insurance company refused. They later had to pay $450,000.

However, based on a description of the merchandise in his truck, Hendrick and Henry was able to find the individual by matching the merchandise to the credit card receipts from Home Depot. Our client was most thankful since multiple firms turned down his case believing that no recovery was possible.
